Who should join?

We’re looking for senior owners of sales compensation (Directors and above in sales compensation, revenue operations, sales finance, or adjacent leadership roles) who value confidential, peer-to-peer learning and are eager to share expertise.

Hand-selecting members, we prioritize a mix of industries, go-to-market models, and geographies to keep conversations sharp and useful.

We follow a Chatham House Rule; no recordings shared outside the group.

Our promise to you? Zero fluff, no pitches. Just maximum practical utility.

No. Membership is free for accepted applicants.

Apply anyway! If you actively influence plan design, planning, or comp operations, we may be able to get you a referral into the program from an existing, Founding Member. We aim to balance rooms for productive discussion.

Glad you asked! So far topics have ranged from modern ICM/compensation design, territory & quota planning, governance, change management, forecasting linkages, and the behavioral psychology side of incentives.

This community initiative is run by Forma.ai with an advisory bench of experienced practitioners. Our role is curation and facilitation. It's our way of giving back to this incredible community of SPM leaders and providing a space for discussion.
