Nominate this year's Sales Comp Top 50 for 2026
Nominate yourself or a colleague making an impact in sales compensation.
This January, similar to last year's leader's-to-watch, we'll recognize the top talent in the field based on community votes and impact. This year we've also introduced a new category for sales comp managers and admins.
Nominations close Nov 14 and voting opens shortly after!
*Nominations are anonymous and your name will not be shared with your nominee.
Our nomination guidelines:
Industry focus
Must work in sales compensation: Nominees should be actively engaged in the sales compensation function and contribute to advancing the field.
Role criteria
Must be a practitioner/operator (not a consultant): We’re seeking to recognize in-house professionals responsible for sales comp strategies and execution.
Experience level
Minimum of 3+ years in sales compensation: To ensure nominees have a solid background, they should have at least three years in a relevant role.
Current employment
Must be employed (or recently employed) at an organization directly involved in sales or revenue generation: This confirms nominees are connected to active, results-driven sales environments. Nominees who are currently looking for a new role, but have worked in the space, will also be considered.
Professional contributions
Demonstrated impact or innovation: Nominees should have a track record of contributions that show measurable or innovative results in sales compensation.
