About the team:

Forma.ai unifies operations, strategy and sales. This enables our customers to wield the power of data science and AI to flawlessly execute sales compensation.

As part of the Revenue Optimization team, you’ll help our customers identify ways they can unleash the revenue-driving potential of their sales compensation program. Being part of this team means you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most strategic customer problems at Forma.ai.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Optimization, the Revenue Optimization Manager will be contributing in the following areas:

  • Lead the ongoing Revenue Optimization for a portfolio of customers
  • Lead Revenue Optimization product design, analysis, financial modelling, project planning, customer workshops, and presentations of findings
  • Leverage the Forma.ai platform and analytics to advise our clients on revenue optimization opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our client’s business and their strategic objectives
  • Coach your team of Analysts and Associates to be high performing and client-focused
  • Collaborate with Forma.ai’s Research and Development teams to articulate customer feedback and support the development of new product features in support of continuous improvement and automation

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, revenue operations, or sales effectiveness roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading project teams
  • Experience with sales incentive compensation
  • Experience in leading the planning and execution of projects with multiple deliverables
  • Analytical problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
